(57) [Summary] This is a method for producing an electrode by electropolymerizing an electrode and a thin film on a conductive working surface of the electrode. Electrode is a poly [Ru (vbpy) 3 2+] or poly [Ru (vbpy) 3 2+ / vba] (vbpy is 4-vinyl-4 'methyl-2,2'-bipyridine, also vba is p -It is modified by reductive electropolymerization of a thin film of vinylbenzoic acid). Electrodes are also used for electrochemical detection of aqueous GMP, poly [G] and single-stranded DNA probes immobilized on the surface. Thin film composed of a functionalized moiety having a copolymer of mediators, such as Ru (vbpy) 3 2+, a carboxylic acid group, such as p- vinylbenzoic acid. The DNA probe is covalently attached to the carboxylate group via a carbodiimide reaction, followed by amidation of the amino-linked single-stranded DNA. In the presence of guanine containing these moieties, a dramatic enhancement in the oxidation current for Ru 3 + / 2 + pairs (present in the polymerized film) is observed due to the catalytic oxidation of guanine. |
