titleOfInvention Process for producing azoimino ether and azocarboxylic acid ester and novel mixed azocarboxylic acid ester
abstract (57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a method for producing azoimino ether hydrochloride by reacting azonitrile with an alcohol and hydrochloric acid in an aromatic solvent, wherein the molar ratio R = HCl / azonitrile is such that when the alcohol is methanol, 2 and> 3 when the alcohol is ethanol or higher alcohol. The present invention also relates to synthesizing azoimino ether hydrochloride by the method of the present invention, and to a method for producing an azocarboxylic acid ester by hydrolyzing the obtained azoimino ether hydrochloride. By these methods, a liquid composition of an azocarboxylic acid ester can be obtained. The present invention further relates to the mixed azoimino ether salts of formula (II '). The present invention also relates to the mixed azoiminocarboxylic esters of the formula (III ').
