abstract | An organic light emitting material is disposed between a first electrode and a second electrode, and the first electrode and the second electrode are capable of injecting charge carriers into the organic light emitting material. A method for reducing black spots in a light emitting device. According to this method, the first electrode and the second electrode are formed by forming a material layer as a first layer on the organic light emitting material by a film forming method in which an originally undesirable pinhole is generated. A step of forming at least one of the electrodes; and a step of forming a material layer as a second layer on the first layer by an appropriate film forming method. |
