titleOfInvention Microlens structure having two anamorphic surfaces at both ends of a single high-refractive-index substrate and method of manufacturing the same
abstract (57) [Summary] A structure and a method for circularizing and collimating incident light include a substrate having a first surface and a second surface at both ends, a first anamorphic surface disposed on the first surface, and a second method. And a second anamorphic surface disposed on the surface. The first and second surfaces are separated by a distance defined by the distance required for the first anamorphic surface to circularize the incident light. A single microlens structure used to circularize and collimate the incident light identifies the adjustments at both ends of the substrate and forms a microlens at each of the adjustments at both ends of the identified substrate. Manufactured by The microlenses formed on both end faces of the substrate are formed of a high refractive index material such as GaP.
