(57) [Summary]nIt discloses that the N-terminal truncated HER2 / neu product was identified for the first time. This product is a 95 kDa polypeptide with in vitro kinase activity (determined by western blotting). Furthermore, immunoprecipitation using domain-specific antibodies has enabled the use of this specific polypeptide derived from intracellular fragments as a diagnostic and prognostic indicator for adenocarcinoma without the strong dilution effect experienced during ECD measurements. . |
