titleOfInvention | Nucleotide sequencing using arbitrary primers and low stringency |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a method for obtaining nucleotide sequence information from a nucleic acid molecule such as cDNA. The method uses optional primers and low stringency conditions. The method does not give information from the ends of the nucleic acid molecule, but gives information about more interesting and more important internal parts of the nucleic acid molecule. The method shows how to obtain information about the ORF and how to create a contig sequence from any source. |
