abstract | (57) Abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a novel MEL-type titanium silicalite, a product obtained thereby and various uses thereof in the field of catalysis. This inventive method of producing MEL-type titanium silicalite is characterized in that it comprises an amorphous xerogel (TiO 2 —SiO 2 ) comprising at least one elemental silicon and one elemental titanium and at least one structure-forming agent. Wherein the impregnating liquid contains a 3,5-dimethylpiperidinium-type compound in an amount greater than or equal to the effective amount used as a structure-forming agent; Is heated to the crystallization temperature of the zeolite, and then the obtained zeolite is taken out and calcined. The resulting zeolite crystals exhibit a unique morphology coming from the method of manufacture. |
