titleOfInvention | Process for producing biostatin (TT-232 triacetate) and its analogs |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a method for synthesizing biostatin (TT-232) by solid-phase synthesis on a polymer carrier and by stepwise constructing the peptide using amino acids derivatized with protecting groups. According to the method, the protecting groups are separated and the peptide is separated from the solid phase. The disulfide bond is closed by oxidation of the fully or partially synthesized peptide in the presence of a suitable solvent, while the peptide remains bound to the solid phase as much as possible. |
