The delivery system (10) comprises individual first and second lumens (23, 24), which respectively have first and second inlet ports (14, 15) and first and second outlet ports (16, 17) and may include a balloon, a flexible distal region, a mixing chamber or a steerable distal end. Multicomponent hydrogel systems suitable for use with the methods and devices of the present invention are also described.
