titleOfInvention Nucleic acid purification method
abstract (57) [Summary]nProvided are methods for producing highly purified nucleic acid compositions using highly streamlined and automated processes. This method uses a static mixer to lyse the cells and precipitate the debris, followed by centrifugation and ion exchange chromatography. The process may include a purification step using tangential flow ultrafiltration. Provide a sealable process for producing drug-grade plasmid DNA useful for gene therapy.
