titleOfInvention | Vitamin B12 derivatives and methods for their production |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a vitamin B 12 (VB 12 ) derivative suitable for binding to a polymer, a nanoparticle, or a therapeutic agent, protein or peptide. A method for manufacturing a present invention includes achieving and reacting with the active carbonyl electrophiles to 5'OH group or its analog of VB 12, followed by the VB 12 derivative. Further, the present invention relates to novel VB 12 derivatives, VB 12 derivatives prepared by the process of the present invention, and to their use in the preparation of the polymer composite or nano-particles. |
