abstract | (57) Abstract The incision and placement marker (100) is used to place an incision and positioning mark on the eye and center the vacuum centering guide. The corneal spreader (150) forms a pocket in the incision tissue at the incision site. Clockwise and counterclockwise glide (240) facilitates insertion of clockwise and counterclockwise dissector instrument blades. A field dissector inspection gauge (400) is provided to define the flatness and concentricity of the dissector gauge. The forceps (500) has a space having a predetermined shape for holding the implant at a predetermined acute angle. The kit includes an incision and placement marker (100), a corneal spreader (150), a glide (240), a field dissector inspection gauge (400), and optionally, forceps (500). A method of using the device is also provided. |
