abstract (57) Abstract The incision and placement marker (100) is used to place an incision and positioning mark on the eye and center the vacuum centering guide. The corneal spreader (150) forms a pocket in the incision tissue at the incision site. Clockwise and counterclockwise glide (240) facilitates insertion of clockwise and counterclockwise dissector instrument blades. A field dissector inspection gauge (400) is provided to define the flatness and concentricity of the dissector gauge. The forceps (500) has a space having a predetermined shape for holding the implant at a predetermined acute angle. The kit includes an incision and placement marker (100), a corneal spreader (150), a glide (240), a field dissector inspection gauge (400), and optionally, forceps (500). A method of using the device is also provided.
