titleOfInvention R-Rave prazole compositions and methods
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating and preventing ulcer, a method for treating other conditions related to gastric hypersecretion, and a method for treating psoriasis. A method and composition utilizing optically pure (+) rabeprazole to treat human ulcers while simultaneously producing the deleterious effects associated with the racemic mixture of raiveprazole. Methods and compositions are provided that substantially reduce This optically pure (+) isomer is also useful for treating gastroesophageal reflux. (+) Reibprazole is an inhibitor of H + release and is therefore useful in treating other conditions associated with gastric hypersecretion, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
