The group management system includes a number of new coordinated functions. By grouping a plurality of clients into the card file (82), it is possible to initialize the application by the drag and drop function (460 to 478) without repeatedly inputting data. Refresh, online client data (158), field data capture and export functions allow communication with a host database or other local database.
