abstract | (57) [Summary] By using the group management system (FIG. 5), an advisor can provide a proactive and efficient service to a client. The system is an effective work management tool that efficiently organizes the advisor's daily processes, work flows, clients and prospects. Clients of multiple individuals and organizations to enable coordinated consultation based on a person's demographic information as well as its relationship to others Arranged into groups and candidate groups. The advisor can analyze an individual's relationship with his family, business and pensions, thereby providing overall financial planning and security. The group management system includes a number of new coordinated functions. These features include security measures, an easily accessible front panel (65), a simplified search engine (84) and the ability to refresh data. By grouping a plurality of clients into the card file (82), it is possible to initialize the application by the drag and drop function (460 to 478) without repeatedly inputting data. Refresh, online client data (158), field data capture and export functions allow communication with a host database or other local database. |
