abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention includes a method for producing a library of expressible gene sequences. The method of the present invention allows for the simultaneous manipulation of multiple gene sequences, and thus allows efficient and high throughput generation of libraries. Expression vectors containing the proven gene sequences are used to transfect cells for production of recombinant proteins. The present invention further includes libraries of expressible gene sequences produced using the methods of the present invention, and expression vectors used in making the libraries. |
