titleOfInvention | Sequencing by hybridization |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nMethods for analyzing nucleic acids include the use of mixtures of labeled oligonucleotides in solution and arrays of immobilized oligonucleotides. The target nucleic acid is incubated with the mixture of labeled oligonucleotides. The hybridizing labeled oligonucleotide is recovered and incubated with an array of immobilized oligonucleotides. Sequence information is obtained by observing the position of the label on the array. The above method is particularly suitable for measuring differences between nucleic acids. |
