(57) [Summary]nThe present invention provides multivalent vaccines for treating B-cell malignancies (eg, lymphomas and leukemias). The present invention also provides methods of making custom vaccines, including multivalent vaccines for the treatment of malignant diseases of immune cell tumors, and methods of treating immune cell tumors using the custom vaccines. The present invention further provides improved methods for amplification and expression of a recombinant gene in a cell. The methods of the invention allow for the isolation of cell lines that have been co-amplified with an amplification marker, one or more expression vectors encoding a protein of interest, and optionally, an input recombinant sequence encoding a selectable marker. The invention also provides a composition comprising the expanded T lymphocyte cell line. |
