titleOfInvention | Rapid cloning of full-length cDNA |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention provides a high-throughput cloning method for full-length cDNA sequences. The method uses a large number of clone arrays, preferably enriched in 5 'mRNA sequences, prepared from several discretely sized cDNA libraries (sub-libraries). Using these arrays, the full length cDNA sequence is quickly identified for the cDNA segment of interest. |
