(57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a matrix for the production of microparticles or nanoparticles, a method for producing said particles and the particles obtained. In particular, at least one hydrophobic component that is solid at ambient temperature may be used as a matrix for forming microparticles or nanoparticles by thermal dispersion in an immiscible gas or liquid medium. Alternatively, the present invention relates to the matrix, wherein the matrix is formed by melting and mixing with a lipophilic liquid component and has a melting point of 25C to 85C. |
