(57) [Summary]nDisclosed are sequences of an extended cDNA encoding a secreted protein. Using the extended cDNA, a secreted protein or a part thereof can be expressed, or an antibody capable of specifically binding to the secreted protein can be obtained. The extended cDNA can also be used in diagnostics, forensic techniques, gene therapy, and chromosome mapping techniques. Expression vectors and secretion vectors can also be designed using the extended cDNA. |
