titleOfInvention | Thermal conductive silicone resin composition |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A sealing material that can stably maintain electrical insulation for a long time without corroding elements to be protected can be obtained at low cost. Provided is a silicone resin composition having excellent thermal conductivity. (A) 100 parts by mass of an organopolysiloxane containing at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups in one molecule, and (B) an organohydrogen containing at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule. 0.1 to 50 parts by mass of genpolysiloxane, (C) an organosiloxane containing at least one silicon-bonded alkoxy group or silicon-bonded hydroxyl group per molecule. 1 to 10 parts by mass and 100 parts by mass of a silicone resin comprising a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst in an amount of 0.1 to 500 ppm with respect to the organopolysiloxane (D) are sputtered onto the surface of atomized aluminum powder by sputtering. A mixture of 100 to 500 parts by mass of a scattered silver-plated spherical aluminum powder, which is obtained by plating silver of 10 to 10% by mass in the form of dots and classifying the particles into two stages with different average particle diameters. |
