(57) [Problem] To provide a simple and inexpensive and sufficient antireflection property, antiglare property and high definition by forming an antiglare hard coat layer and a low refractive index layer on a transparent support. Provided are an anti-glare film and an anti-glare anti-reflection film having the same, and an image display device using the film having the above characteristics. An antiglare hard coat layer has at least one layer on a transparent support, and the antiglare hard coat layer contains particles having an average particle size of 0.3 to 10.0 μm. d An antiglare hard coat film in which (μm) and the number n of particles per area A (μm 2 ) on the film satisfy the following formula (1), and an image display device equipped with this film.
