SOLUTION: A time series data of an action command, an input unit 2 for inputting displacement information of a predetermined human body part of a computer mannequin, and a predetermined command for each action command based on the time series data and the displacement information. PTS application means 4 for obtaining and assigning the type of element operation and required time value specified by the PTS method, and the operation specified by the action command from the required time value obtained by the PTS application means 4 or a combination of the required time values Operation time information deriving means 5 for deriving the operation time information of the above. |
