titleOfInvention | Production method of fermented fish meal |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing fermented fish meal with high added value as a feed for aquaculture stably in large quantities at a factory level, and to enable aquaculture without antibiotics by using this fermented fish meal. Consider the nature. SOLUTION: In a method of producing fermented fish meal by growing filamentous fungi on fish meal, 20 to 100 parts by weight of cereal-derived carbohydrate raw material or cereal-derived protein raw material is added to 100 parts by weight of fish meal in terms of dry matter weight. A fermented fish meal is produced by adding a spore of a filamentous fungus or a seed bacterium obtained by culturing a filamentous fungus as a fermentation raw material, followed by fermentation. |
