abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition containing a carbon filler, which has low hardness and excellent electromagnetic wave shielding properties. The artificial graphite powder has an average particle diameter of 1 to 30 μm and a volume resistivity of 10 -1 Ωcm or less as a synthetic graphite powder, containing at least 5% by weight of Ketjen black and at least 15% by weight of artificial graphite powder. The one containing 98% or more of the fixed carbon shown is used, the hardness (JIS A) is 80 or less, and the electromagnetic wave shielding property at 1GHz (rubber sheet of 2mm thickness) is 30dB. A rubber composition for electromagnetic wave shielding that gives the above vulcanized product. |
