abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resist composition having high elongation and maximum stress, excellent resistance to cold and heat shock, heat resistance, etc., and excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: As an additive, a spherical resin having elasticity therein and a spherical powder having a multilayer structure having an inorganic layer as an outermost layer are blended to form a resist composition. Further, a resist composition is prepared by using a polyfunctional cyanate compound as a resin component. [Effect] A resist composition having a low modulus of elasticity, a large elongation and a large maximum stress, and excellent in thermal shock resistance, heat resistance, migration resistance and the like was obtained. |
