titleOfInvention | Polyisocyanate composition for rigid polyurethane foam, and method for producing rigid polyurethane foam using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent foaming efficiency and storage stability by using a polyisocyanate having a low storage stability and a low viscosity polyol by using a blowing agent having a low polarity, particularly a hydrofluorocarbon as a blowing agent. The present invention provides a polyisocyanate composition for a rigid polyurethane foam having moldability, foam strength, dimensional stability, adhesion, and the like, and a method for producing a rigid polyurethane foam using the composition. SOLUTION: The polymeric MDI (a1) and the modifier (a2) are (a1) :( a2) = 80: 20-99. A polyisocyanate composition for a rigid polyurethane foam containing an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting at a ratio of 9: 0.1 (mass ratio), wherein the modifier (a2) is an active hydrogen group-containing fatty acid ester (A2 -1) and / or an active hydrogen group-containing fatty acid amide compound (a2-2) having a number average molecular weight of 150 The above-mentioned composition and a method for producing a rigid polyurethane foam using the same, characterized in that the number of carbon atoms of the fatty acid constituting the composition is from 3 to 50, inclusive. |
