titleOfInvention Optical wavelength conversion method, optical wavelength conversion system, program, and medium
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably achieve a high conversion efficiency using a non-linear optical crystal, in particular, a single crystal lithium tetraborate LB4, and to manufacture an all-solid-state ultraviolet laser oscillator that can withstand practical use. An optical wavelength conversion method and a program therefor are provided. SOLUTION: Light having a predetermined repetition frequency from a laser oscillator that oscillates coherent light having a specific wavelength λ is incident on single-crystal lithium tetraborate (Li 2 B 4 O 7 ) having a predetermined crystal length as incident light. A light wavelength conversion method of emitting light having a wavelength of λλ, wherein the wavelength of the incident light is 1000 nm or less, and the peak power density of the incident light is the peak power density that gives the maximum conversion efficiency. It is 0.1 to 10 times.
