abstract (57) Abstract: An indicator, which is contained in a container having a discharge part and reacts with oxygen, is discharged from a discharge part and injected into a liquid to be measured, and a change occurring in the liquid to be measured at that time. When measuring the concentration of dissolved oxygen contained in the liquid to be measured based on the above, the measurement accuracy is increased. SOLUTION: The measuring method of the dissolved oxygen concentration includes a discarding step of discharging a predetermined amount of the indicator stored in the storage body from a discharge section and discarding the same, and after the discarding step, discharging the indicator from the discharge section to cover the target. The method includes an injection step of injecting into the measurement liquid, and a determination step of determining a change in the measurement liquid due to the injected indicator.
