abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a carbon monoxide concentration detecting device which improves the accuracy of detection concentration even in a trace amount of carbon monoxide gas. SOLUTION: A carbon monoxide concentration detecting device 11 includes a waveguide 2 forming a passage of a gas to be detected, a light source 3 for irradiating infrared light into the passage, and a light emitted from the light source 3. Detecting device 4 comprising a light receiving means for receiving light and a detecting means for detecting the concentration of carbon monoxide based on the transmission characteristics of the received light. And a first narrow-band filter 51 and a second narrow-band filter 61 having a transmission window in a CO absorption band.
