Exhaust gas purification device |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Problem] It has both functions of a honeycomb type filter and a fiber-laminated type filter, and has an excellent trapping ability and excellent durability for particulate matter in exhaust gas, and at a low cost. The present invention provides an exhaust gas purifying apparatus provided with the above filter member. SOLUTION: In an exhaust gas purifying apparatus 6 provided with a porous ceramic filter member 10 for collecting particulate matter in exhaust gas G of an engine 1, the filter member 1 is provided. The porous wall surface 12 through which the zero exhaust gas G passes and is filtered is formed by mixing heat-resistant fibers 14 into ceramics. |
