SOLUTION: (A) (A) Organosilane such as methyltrimethoxysilane and dimethyldimethoxysilane and a partial condensate thereof, (B) a radical polymerizable monomer, and (C) The emulsifier, (D) water and (E) the hydrolysis catalyst of the component (A) are mixed to promote the hydrolysis of the component (A), to make the emulsion finer, and then to add the (F) radical polymerization initiator. (A) an aqueous emulsion of composite polymer particles obtained by promoting the hydrolysis / condensation reaction of the component (A) and the polymerization reaction of the component (B).
