abstract (57) [Summary] The present invention relates to a transparent cosmetic composition using a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, which can be used as a cleansing oil, a bath additive, a scalp cleanser before shampoo, and the like. (A) An ester of polyglycerin having an average degree of polymerization of 3 or more and one or more fatty acids selected from saturated or unsaturated fatty acids having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, and having an HLB A polyglycerol fatty acid ester of 8.0 or more, and (B) a carboxylic acid group, a sulfonic acid group, It comprises a component containing one or more anionic surfactants having a sulfate ester group or a phosphate ester group as an anionic group, and the amount of the component (A) is 1.0 to 20.0. A transparent cosmetic composition is used in which the amount of the component (B) is 0.1 to 5.0% by weight.
