An alkali metal catalyst (lithium) 35, a noble metal catalyst (platinum) 36, a needle-like portion of the support material layer 31, The alumina particles 33 in which the titania particles 38 are dispersed are fixed. The zirconia particles 3 in which a noble metal-based catalyst (rhodium) 39 is dispersed in the needle-like portions of the support material layer 31. 4 is fixed.
