titleOfInvention | Method for determining transplantability of cultured tissue, quality control method, and method for producing cultured tissue having transplantability |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively and efficiently determine the suitability of a cultured tissue for transplantation, and to supply a cultured tissue of efficient and stable quality based on objective criteria. SOLUTION: In cultured cartilage tissue, 1 × 10 6 / The pH value corresponding to ml, pH 6.9, is set as the reference pH value. In the cultured cartilage tissue, as the number of cells increases and the amount of substrate produced increases as the culture period elapses, the pH value decreases. Therefore, the pH is measured after the start of culture, and the measured pH value is 6.9. If it falls below this level, it is determined that it is transplantable. The quality is controlled by adjusting the culture period and the like based on the comparison with the reference pH value. |
