titleOfInvention | Defoamer composition for a silver halide photographic processing solution and a method for processing a silver halide photographic material using the composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photographic performance such as gradation, and without causing turbidity or sedimentation in a developing solution, caused by bubbles generated in a developing solution, especially a first black and white developing solution for reversal color photography. Provided are a processing composition for a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material and a defoaming method capable of reducing development unevenness. SOLUTION: The ratio of the ethylene oxide group is 5 to 70% by mass, and the molecular weight of the propylene oxide group portion is 8%. An antifoaming composition for a silver halide photographic processing solution, comprising at least one polyoxyethylene / polyoxypropylene copolymer surfactant of from 00 to 7000. The desired effect is exhibited in either the form of the preparation agent or the form of the treatment agent used alone. |
