titleOfInvention | Silver halide photographic light-sensitive material and development processing method |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention provides a light-sensitive material which requires a small replenishment amount of a developer and can be processed quickly. In a silver halide photographic material having a silver halide emulsion layer and a non-photosensitive hydrophilic colloid layer on a support, 50% or more of the projected area of all silver halide grains has an aspect ratio of 3 or more. In the tabular grains, the average amount of iodine contained in the silver halide grains is 0.45 mol% or less, substantially no iodine is added during grain formation, and the photosensitive material has the following general formula ( A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material comprising the compound represented by I). Formula (I) (X) 1- (L) m- (AB) n In the formula, X represents a silver halide adsorbing group or a light absorbing group. L Represents a divalent linking group having at least one atom of C, N, S, and O. A represents an electron donating group, B represents a leaving group or a hydrogen atom, and after oxidization, is eliminated or deprotonated to form a radical A. l and m represent 0 to 3, and n Represents 1 or 2. |
