PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cholesterol sensor in which blood plasma obtained by filtering blood cells quickly reaches an electrode system, has high accuracy and excellent responsiveness, and measures whole blood. SOLUTION: In a biosensor in which plasma whose blood cells have been filtered by a filter is sucked into the sample liquid supply path by capillary action, a first holding portion for holding a primary portion of the filter from below, a filter of the filter. A second holding portion for holding the secondary portion from above and below, a third holding portion for holding the center portion of the filter from above, and a gap surrounding the filter between the second holding portion and the third holding portion are provided. |
