abstract | [Problem] For forming an inner surface coating of a metal can without using an epoxy resin, and having characteristics such as sufficient retort resistance, high workability, excellent corrosion resistance, and no elution to beverages and the like. Provided are a copolymerized polyester resin and a resin composition for forming a film comprising the same. The copolymerized polyester comprising a glycol residue and a polycarboxylic acid residue contains at least 50 mol% of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid residue among all the polyvalent carboxylic acid residues. A glycol residue having a branched structure with a carbon chain between the glycol groups of 3 or less and a linear glycol residue having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, and the total amount of both glycols in all the glycol residues is 50 mol. %, A molar ratio of 40/60 to 80/20, and an intrinsic viscosity of 0.2 to 1.0 dl / g. |
