titleOfInvention Thermal recording medium
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To solve the problem of the present invention, excellent color development, It is an object of the present invention to provide a thermosensitive recording medium having good storage stability of an image obtained by recording and having a small decrease in recording density even due to an environmental change before recording. SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive recording medium according to the present invention comprises at least a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a colorless or pale-colored leuco compound, a developer for coloring the leuco compound when heated, and a color development accelerator on a support. 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone as the color developer and 6 '-[ethyl (3-methylbutyl) amino] -3'-methyl-2'-(phenylamino)-as the leuco compound. Spiro [isobenzofuran-1 (3H), 9 '-(9H) xathen] -3-one and 4-anilino-3-methyl-6-dibutylaminofluoran, wherein the color-promoting agent is di (P-methylbenzyl) oxalate and a fatty acid Amide, wherein the fatty acid amide is contained in an amount of 5% to 20% based on the total solid content of the heat-sensitive recording layer.
