(57) Abstract: Prepare a material containing at least one triacylglycerol; in the presence of a cofactor for lipoprotein lipase for a time sufficient to dissociate at least a portion of the fatty acids of the triacylglycerol. In contact with the substance having a potential action in the field of lipolysis and lipoprotein lipase; and the ability to inhibit fatty acid dissociation resulting from the action of the lipoprotein lipase based on the action of the potential action substance. Is measured and compared to the results obtained in the absence of the potential agent tested, or A method for testing a substance with a potential effect in the field of lipolysis, comprising evaluating the inhibition result in comparison to the result obtained in the presence of a known inhibitor acting as a control. Cosmetic or pharmaceutical use is described. |
