abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To be capable of diagnosing Helicobacter pylori infection at low cost without causing any pain to the subject and without requiring any special equipment, having excellent cross-reactivity, high specificity, and excellent sensitivity. An inspection method is provided. SOLUTION: The test method for determining the infection to Helicobacter pylori by detecting the native catalase of Helicobacter pylori present in the gastrointestinal tract excretion using a monoclonal antibody against the native catalase of Helicobacter pylori. Wherein said monoclonal antibody is hybridoma 31A3 (FE RM P-18329) and / or hybridoma 82 A test method which is a monoclonal antibody produced by A3 (FERM P-18328).
