abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To easily attach a grommet to a vehicle body panel. A grommet body (10a) is formed by projecting a distal end tubular portion (13) from a large diameter tubular portion (12) continuous with a small diameter tubular portion (11), and a projecting piece (14b) is projected from the distal end tubular portion (13) outward. The grommet 10 is formed by engaging and fitting a separate ring member 14. The vehicle body panel P is provided with a notch Pc from the periphery of the through hole Pa. Attachment of the grommet 10 is performed by aligning the positions of the protruding piece 14b and the notch Pc and inserting and pressing the grommet 10 so that the grommet 10 is in the inserted state, and the protruding piece 14b is rotated from the notch Pc in a circumferential posture of the through hole Pa in the circumferential direction. Then, both sides of the vehicle body panel P are pinched and fixed.
