abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention is a means for stably dispersing an ultraviolet light scattering agent in a system. The present invention has an excellent effect of preventing ultraviolet light, a good feeling in use, and an excellent safety. Another object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic whose production method is simple. SOLUTION: By containing a polyacrylamide and an aqueous dispersion of an ultraviolet scattering agent, a cosmetic having a high ultraviolet ray preventing effect can be easily produced. That is, even if a large amount of the ultraviolet light scattering agent is blended, no aggregation is observed, and it has been found that the durability of the effect of the ultraviolet light protection agent can be further improved. Also, the blending of the organic ultraviolet absorber and zinc oxide was easy. Since other oils can be easily blended, it is possible to design products with excellent usability and safety. |
