Polypeptide production method |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] (Corrected) [PROBLEMS] To increase the low production amount when a polypeptide is expressed by a recombinant baculovirus in insect cells. When expressing a polypeptide of interest in a recombinant baculovirus, the lobster-derived untranslated region of 21 base pairs is ligated to the upstream side of the coding sequence to express the polypeptide of interest. The amount can be increased significantly. The present invention also provides the 21 base pair polynucleotide sequence used in this method, a transfer vector containing this sequence, a recombinant baculovirus genome containing this sequence, and a recombinant baculovirus containing this recombinant baculovirus genome. |
