titleOfInvention | Polyisocyanate composition for rigid polyurethane foam, and method for producing rigid polyurethane foam using the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [PROBLEMS] Polyisocyanate for rigid polyurethane foam having good storage stability and excellent foaming efficiency, storage stability, moldability, foam strength, dimensional stability, adhesiveness, etc. Provided are a composition and a method for producing a rigid polyurethane foam using the composition. SOLUTION: A polymer MDI (a1) and a hydroxyl group-containing polyether (a2) are converted into (a1) :( a2) = 8. Isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer (A) obtained by reacting at a ratio of 0:20 to 99.9: 0.1 (mass ratio). The problem is solved by the polyisocyanate composition for a rigid polyurethane foam according to 1) and a method for producing a rigid polyurethane foam using the same. The hydroxyl group-containing polyether (a2) comprises (a) a number average molecular weight of 150 to 10,000. It must be 0. (B) Having a monovalent organic group having 3 or more carbon atoms at the terminal. (C) It contains 70% by mass or more of an oxypropylene group. |
