(57) Abstract: (Meth) acrylic acid having low odor, capable of sufficiently diluting a base resin, and being used for crosslinking and curing in a short time to form a cured resin having excellent physical properties. It is intended to provide an ester. SOLUTION: A dialkylene glycol monoester (meth) acrylate is obtained by esterifying a dialkylene glycol monool having a purity of 90% or more obtained by ring-opening addition of an alcohol or phenol to an alkylene oxide and (meth) acrylic acid.
