titleOfInvention | Method for producing ruthenium perovskite |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] A conventional method for synthesizing ruthenium perovskite is as follows. High temperature, complicated manufacturing process, high cost, resulting product has small specific surface area, poor purity and high crystallinity, no method has been developed to synthesize directly on catalyst carrier or other carrier There are issues such as. [Constitution] A perovskite represented by a chemical formula LaRuO 3 (La is oxygen 12-coordinate lanthanum, Ru is oxygen 6-coordinate ruthenium, O is oxygen), an aqueous solution containing La metal ions and Ru metal ions in a reaction vessel. Is reacted with a precipitate forming solution to form a precipitate of La and Ru hydroxides, and this precipitate is produced by heat treatment. The LaRuO 3 film can be formed by depositing, adhering, or applying the above precipitate on a catalyst carrier or other carrier and then subjecting it to a heat treatment. The ruthenium perovskite obtained by the above method is a catalyst for a hydrocarbon oxidation reaction without generation of carbon monoxide, a catalyst for a carbon monoxide oxidation reaction, or a catalyst for a NOx reduction reaction by carbon monoxide or hydrocarbon.
