abstract [PROBLEMS] To achieve a suspension of a hydrophobic powder which has been impossible or extremely difficult with the conventional method. A hollow cylindrical container, a container holder that receives, engages with and holds the hollow cylindrical container, an administration liquid bottle accommodated in the hollow cylindrical container, and a gap between an outer wall of the administration liquid bottle and an inner wall of the hollow cylindrical container. The dosing liquid bottle of the mixing stirrer having an elastic body interposed for inserting and fixing the dosing liquid bottle in the hollow cylindrical container and a drive mechanism for rotating and revolving the container holder, comprises a hydrophobic powder and a dispersion medium. The object was achieved by containing the suspension preparation material and rotating and revolving the administration liquid bottle.
