titleOfInvention | X-ray photography of laboratory animals |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enabling clear X-ray imaging of blood vessels in a thoracic cavity and for X-ray imaging of a diseased part with good reproducibility. SOLUTION: This method is an X-ray imaging method for an experimental animal (for example, a vascular disease model animal such as a rabbit), and anesthetizes an experimental animal into which a sufficient amount of inert gas is injected into the thoracic cavity to increase the volume of the thoracic cavity. A method comprising the steps of X-ray imaging below, or X-ray imaging under deep anesthesia using a ventilator. |
